Monitor production batch processing, escalate the issues and perform first level troubleshooting as per the document within SLA time limit.
Basic graduation; Should have basic knowledge of Batch monitoring and operations; Good written and oral communication skills;
Knowledge on batch scheduling tools is desirable; 1-2 years experience in industry-standard monitoring tools for batch processing;
Good understanding of handling ticketing tool. Day to Day Responsibilities Monitor the queues and assign the tickets to the appropriate teams;
Follow daily checklist for routine tasks; Monitor Netcool tool for event management and console alerts;
Strictly adhere to the SLA and client agreed procedures;
Escalate the issue as per document; Maintain process document for routine activities.
